The Clockwork Orange Sports Club was founded in 2007. Intention of the football club is triangular , with football training , social and economic development.

A Clockwork Orange idea is that good social conditions contribute to development. Thus the founders of A Clockwork Orange believe the best athlete will be achieved . All the founders are Clockwork Orange of the Netherlands and have good experience in football.

The philosophy has its roots in basic training in the Netherlands , considered the best in the world.

Today, Clockwork Orange has several players in professional clubs in Brazil and abroad.

About Holland

Holland as a trampoline


More than 5,000 Brazilian players earn their bread abroad today . The clubs all over the world love the Brazilians. The Netherlands welcomed also some great Brazilian players past and present.

The first famous Brazilian player who defended a Dutch team was Romário . PSV Eindhoven in 1988 hired The Shorty . Romario won three championships and two cups with PSV . In 1993 Romario was transferred to FC Barcelona where he worked with Johan Cruyff .

Ronaldo is another example of a successful Brazilian player who used the Dutch league as a springboard to FC Barcelona . In 1994 Ronaldo ( the phenomenon ) came to PSV . In 57 games Ronaldo scored 55 goals . Bobby Robson did his exams to go to Barcelona and only in one season in 37 games scored 34 goals .

Other famous Brazilian who played in Holland are Vampeta ( VVV Venlo ) , Maxwell (Ajax ) , Alex ( PSV ) , Alcides ( PSV ) , Gomez ( PSV ) , Diego Tardelli ( PSV ) , André Bahia ( Feyenoord ) and Leonardo ( Feyenoord ) are famous players .

About Holland


The Low Countries (Nederland) is part of Europe and the EU. The system is a Constitutional Monarchy. The country is located in the northeast of Europe and has its borders in the north with the North sea, in the east with Germany and in the south with Belgium.

With more than 450 habitants per square kilometer, Holland is one of the most populated countries in the world. A quart of the territory is below sea level and is the reason of the name Low Countries. The Dutch are famous for their dikes, tulips, mills, wooden shoes and social tolerance. Its politics are liberal and are many times examples for other countries.

Holland with only 16 million in habitants is famous for its players and its coaches. Johan Cruyff, Ruud Gullit and Marco Van Basten were elected several times the best players in the world. Other famous players of the past and the present are Wim Rijsbergen, Johan Neeskens, Wim van Hanegem, Wim Jansen, Rene en Willy van de Kerkhof, Ronald Koeman, Frank Rijkaard, Clarence Seedorf, Patrick Kluivert, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Edwin van der Sar, Arjen Robben, Mark van Bommel, Edgar Davids, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie and Dirk Kuyt.

Famous teams as Feyenoord, Ajax and PSV all won the Champions League. In 1974, 1978 and 2010 Holland played the World Cup Final. In 1988 Holland won the European Cup.

Dutch football philosophy


How is it possible that such a small country does have great successes? As one of the few countries in the world Holland plays to win. The Dutch football culture therefore is based on possession of the ball. The Dutch style is based on football via the wings, a lot of movement and playing pressure on the half of the opponent. Training technical skills combined with tactical intelligence make Dutch football successful.

Dutch trainers courses are renowned all over the world. In the international football world, the Dutch trainer-courses are often called the best in the world. Many Dutch coaches work with great success at top clubs in countries all over the world.

The Dutch qualified trainers/coaches have at least six years of education. They will often have an academic degree. Most of the Dutch coaches will speak several languages. The Dutchman is, by nature, a citizen of the world and a true adventurer.

The initiatives are respected by the communities and local governments , ” says Willy van de Kerkhof , ambassador of the foundation. Brazil is a country with two faces . Exists a large gap between rich and poor. Through our initiatives we try to provide greater opportunities for young people . stimulation of sports and education plays a major role . youngsters observe that life offers opportunities . takes children away from drugs and violence . “

Initiatives that exist outside of the organization say the sport in a different environment . Kids do get a healthy meal . Young people also know the teachers and former TopSports , say about people who make their career. Apart from that there is cooperation with schools .

To make schools safer . A system of cameras in the classroom will help a lot . There is also information , discourses on sex, drugs and alcoholism. Poorer people also receive clothing, for example . The initiatives can be described as prevention. The results come fast . There are children who are automatically an example . It’s great to see how a child can change your attitude and what kind of influence it has on other children , ” said Van de Kerkhof .

The Training Center football EC Laranja Mecânica Arapongas is situated next to the highway BR-344, Maringa to Londrina, in the city of Arapongas-PR. The international airport is located in Londrina 35 kilometers. São Paulo is located in 650 kilometers.

Laranja Mecanica open their doors for (inter-)national football teams who would like to organize their football camps. The football complex of Laranja Mecanica is located 650 km from Sao Paulo and only 35 km from Londrina International airport. The great structure of the football complex makes it ideal to have a season preparation or a winterbreak.

The persons involved in Laranja Mecanica are experienced in organizing football camps. Teams as Ajax, Galatasaray, Ipswich Town, Feyenoord, Real Mallorca, Valencia, Getafe, FC Utrecht, Nigeria national team, Israel national team, Kuwait national team under 20, etc. already experienced the services of sister company trainingskampen.nl.

Coaches course


During the year Laranja Mecanica offers coaches courses. The Dutch football philosophy and the way of working with youth in a Dutch way is teached by some famous Dutch and Brazilian coaches.

Themes which will be discussed:

- way of work with different ages;
- didactical way of coaching;
- how to increase success;
- working with youth is being patient;
- mental aspects;
- scouting talent: a different view.
